Salmon Patty Burgers
Fun fact: Salmon is an excellent source of Omega-3 EPA + DHA. These polyunsaturated fats play a role in immune function, brain development, reducing inflammation and may help protect against heart disease.
If you purchase the canned salmon with bones, you’ll also get a high amount of calcium - 360mg to be exact, which is 36% of the daily needs for an adult female. Calcium plays a vital role in maintaining bone health, and research shows it may help reduce PMS symptoms like cramps, fatigue and mood swings. Enjoy!
