MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Trista Chan RD MHSc

I’ve worked with over 400 patients with PCOS across various life stages - helping them regulate their cycles, control blood sugars, improve energy, reduce bloating, and finally feel at home in their bodies.

My passion for hormone health started early. Growing up, period talk was just part of everyday life - my mom and grandma still ask me about my cycle, even in my 30s! This open dialogue shaped my deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms and fueled my interest in nutrition, hormones, and metabolism.

But I know that food is more than just nutrients. It’s culture, comfort and connection. Unfortunately, for many with PCOS, it’s also a source of confusion and anxiety - thanks to all the misinformation out there.

That’s why my mission is to combine science with intuition to help you heal your body and relationship with food, without restrictive diets.

As a Registered Dietitian and PCOS expert, my work has been featured in The Washington Post, CBC, Toronto Star, Healthline, Shape Magazine, and more.

  • Three months. This is the typical amount of time to develop new habits, routines and mindset shifts. Health improvements take time. It may take a few months to see measurable changes in your PCOS symptoms.

  • Every other Wednesday, starting April 23rd

    Wednesday's 5:30-6:15pm - 04/23, 05/07, 05/21, 06/04, 06/18, 07/02

  • It may be appropriate for your needs. This program provides you with tools and knowledge to build healthier meal time and lifestyle habits. Although designed for PCOS support, the healthy eating guidelines shared in this program may improve health by other measures.

    The nutrition information provided in this course is based on Canadian and U.S. guidelines.

    Please note, this course is not to be substituted for medical advice or individualized medical nutrition therapy.

  • This program is led by a Registered Dietitian.

    If your Health Spending Account or Wellness Spending Account includes dietitian services, this program may be eligible for coverage.

  • Yes! This program is available to everyone in the world. You can access the >20 video modules and group coaching sessions, which will be recorded, in the comfort of your own home.

  • Live group coaching sessions will take place on a bi-weekly basis, where you can gain structured guidance to make dietary and lifestyle changes, and work with our dietitians to set goals and action plans.

    You will also be part of a daily network of members where you can ask questions, share tips and gain support. There will also be weekly accountability and progress indicator check-ins.

    Finally, access to our Complete Guide to PCOS Management course (>20 videos) includes >20 videos and supplementary worksheets.

  • We estimate you will spend about 60 minutes per week (on average) to attend live coaching sessions, complete course materials and implement learnings!

  • Yes, there is the option to upgrade to a 60-minute initial assessment and 30-minute follow-up sessions with our Registered dietitians (available for Ontario and British Columbia residents only). Services will be offered at a discounted rate.

  • Absolutely. If you prefer a completely self-paced learning method, you can purchase our Complete Guide to PCOS Management Course through this link. You will have a six month access to the >20 video modules teaching you everything you need to know to manage PCOS with diet and lifestyle.
