Yes! This program is available to everyone in the world. You can access the >20 video modules and group coaching sessions, which will be recorded, in the comfort of your own home.

Live group coaching sessions will take place on a bi-weekly basis, where you can gain structured guidance to make dietary and lifestyle changes, and work with our dietitians to set goals and action plans.
You will also be part of a daily network of members where you can ask questions, share tips and gain support. There will also be weekly accountability and progress indicator check-ins.
Finally, access to our Complete Guide to PCOS Management course (>20 videos) includes >20 videos and supplementary worksheets.

We estimate you will spend about 60 minutes per week (on average) to attend live coaching sessions, complete course materials and implement learnings!

Yes, there is the option to upgrade to a 60-minute initial assessment and 30-minute follow-up sessions with our Registered dietitians (available for Ontario and British Columbia residents only). Services will be offered at a discounted rate.
