DO YOU:
Read every study on PCOS, endometriosis and fertility, but feel there’s a knowledge-to-practice gap?
Want to take a weight-neutral and anti-oppressive approach…but don’t know how that impacts day-to-day practice?
Feel uncertain when giving advice due to unfamiliarity with your patient's cultural foods?
Find yourself frustrated that your recommendations aren't being followed as you'd hoped?
You’re not alone!
I’m Trista Chan, and I’ve helped over 500 patients manage chronic disease and build healthier relationships with food through my private practice.
I take a weight-inclusive and culturally responsive approach to care, and have a particularly interest in the intersection between identity and eating disorders, bringing a unique perspective to my practice.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
In my commitment to continuous learning and professional development, I offer clinical supervision as a means of support and growth for fellow dietitians. I recognize the challenges of working in isolation, especially early in your career, and aim to provide a supportive environment where you can reflect, learn, and grow!
Clinical supervision helps promote reflective practice and ethical standards, and ultimately can help you provide a better experience for your clients. Our clinical supervision has a flexible approach to best make use of supervision sessions.
These are held in a relaxed, non-judgmental and safe space to offload, learn or discuss client cases! Or, if you’re looking to grow private practice, I can provide coaching support to help reach your goals.
Our rates are $40 for a 30-minute session, and $60 for a 60-minute session.
